Unlike the bedazzled jeans and capri pants of the 00s, Reset and Glow isn’t just another fad. Reset and Glow is about building mindful, purpose-driven habits that make you feel good.
We often set goals based on what we see on social media or what the latest new health trend may be, without taking a step back to consider why WE are setting them. Do they align with OUR goals? Do they make us feel good? Or do they make us feel guilty for not achieving them? Was the goal even realistic to begin with?

Each of us is on our own journey. Our bodies and our minds need different things to feel good. ​ We won't go ‘all in’ all at once. No way. We’re taking this step-by-step, little by little. Small habits grow into big change.​ Instead, you’ll find a way to take meaningful actions and transform intentions into long-term habits that will serve you now and into the future.

Did I get it right? I get you, girl. I get you because I spent years thinking that too. Building healthy habits? That took time. Time that I didn’t feel I had. ‘Adulting’ is a lot. Working the nine-to-five, keeping the flat clean, getting enough sleep, having a social life…there doesn’t seem like enough hours in the day to add ‘prioritise my health’ to that list.
But then I learned a secret…when you invest time in yourself, it pays off tenfold. When I began building healthier habits, I felt more energised and less stressed. When I felt more energised and less stressed, I could focus better on my work, relationships and passions. I began to grow in areas I never thought I could. And it was incredible.
And you don’t have to go ‘all in’ all at once. No way. We’re taking this step-by-step, little by little. Small habits grow into big change.
