The New Year Glow workshop was a rejuvenating 2-hour session designed to help participants step into the new year with intention and balance. It combined gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, and breathwork to support reflection, goal-setting, and a mindful approach to the year ahead. The session created a nurturing space for slowing down, reconnecting with oneself, and embracing the new year with clarity and self-compassion.
